1 Definitions

"Platform" means the hk9999.org website and all services, games, betting markets, and features accessible through it. "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform. "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time. "Bonus Funds" means promotional credit awarded by hk9999 that is subject to wagering requirements distinct from real-money funds. 2 Eligibility and Account Registration

3 Account Security and Access

3.1 You must select a strong, unique password for your hk9999 Account. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your Account.

3.2 All activity conducted through your Account — including all wagers placed and all deposits made — is your sole responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised each action. If you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify hk9999 support immediately at [email protected].

3.3 hk9999 may implement additional security measures including two-factor authentication, login alerts, and device verification at its discretion to protect player accounts.

3.4 hk9999 will never ask for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Treat any such request as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 hk9999 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit is ৳200. 4.4 hk9999 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider or mobile wallet operator may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside hk9999's control.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawals of real-money funds may be requested at any time subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your Account identity has been verified.
• There are no pending bonus wagering requirements attached to the funds you wish to withdraw.
• The withdrawal amount meets the minimum threshold of ৳500.
• No active fraud review or account restriction is in place on your Account.

5.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. If multiple payment methods have been used, hk9999 will process the withdrawal to the method that corresponds most closely to the deposited funds being withdrawn.

5.4 hk9999 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Fees charged by receiving institutions are outside hk9999's control.

5.5 hk9999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests above ৳20,000. Players may be asked to submit supporting documentation confirming the source of deposited funds.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 From time to time hk9999 offers bonuses, free spins, reload credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

6.2 Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply:

7 Gameplay Rules and Betting

10 Account Closure and Termination

Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing and identity verification requirements being satisfied.

10.2 hk9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete required identity verification within the stipulated period.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (in which case a monthly dormancy fee of ৳100 may apply after the inactivity period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated).

10.3 Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable policy.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on hk9999.org — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and design elements — is the property of hk9999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any hk9999 content without prior written consent. 12 Limitation of Liability
